Samara Joy released Live at the Blue Note L.A. on October 23, her first collection of live recordings. The five-track EP was recorded during her April 2026 engagement at Blue Note Los Angeles with her touring septet.
The program includes “Round Midnight,” “Yesterdays,” “Lush Life,” “No More Blues” and a reprise of “No More Blues.” Physical configurations include standard vinyl and CD, with a sunburst-colored vinyl edition exclusive to the United States.
The release follows Portrait and precedes a late-year European run, with announced stops including Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, Prague and London. North American dates include Toronto on December 2 and Boston on December 31. The EP preserves the group in a club setting while the touring schedule takes the same ensemble relationship into larger concert rooms.
