Krasner and Pollock: Past Continuous opened at The Met October 4 and continues through January 31, 2027. The exhibition follows the careers of Lee Krasner and Jackson Pollock in parallel.

More than 120 works from over eighty lenders are included, according to the museum’s advance announcement. The presentation considers the artists as peers and partners while making room for the decades of Krasner’s practice after Pollock’s death. The Met describes it as the first major New York presentation devoted to either artist in more than twenty years. The exhibition’s February planning announcement and current October opening are distinct dates, both preserved in this report.
