Song Hye-kyo and GONG YOO lead Tantara, a Netflix series premiering December 11. Writer Noh Hee-gyoung and director Lee Yoon-jung place its story inside the Korean entertainment business from the 1960s through the 1980s.

Song plays Min-ja, whose difficult childhood precedes a career in music management. GONG YOO plays Dong-gu, a longtime friend who joins her struggle to build a future. Kim Seol-hyun appears as singer Min-hui, and Cha Seung-won plays hitmaker Seok Gil-yeo. Netflix’s first announcement artwork presents the characters around a turntable, connecting their ambitions to the changing music culture of the period.
