We Go High opens the door to a new generation of K-pop performers

Netflix has announced We Go High, a Korean audition series centered on students from arts-focused high schools. The project aims to build a new girl group through a competition shaped around developing young performers.

Park Jin-kyung and Lee Jae-seok of Monsterahaus direct and produce. Applications are open to eligible first- and second-year students, along with students preparing to enter participating types of arts schools in 2027; Netflix Korea’s official social channels provide the details. The company also announced a memorandum of understanding with SM C&C to support the resulting group beyond its debut. A premiere date has not been announced.
