Anna Meredith will release Darling on February 12, 2027, through Mercury KX. Announced October 9, the eleven-track collection is her first studio album since the Mercury Prize-nominated Fibs in 2019.

New single “Dusky” and its video introduce the project. Meredith’s work moves between electronic music, contemporary composition, art pop and experimental rock; the album announcement describes a larger, more expansive approach across the new sequence.

Darling is planned for digital services, CD and vinyl, including a limited pink double-vinyl edition. In that configuration the music occupies three sides, with an etching on the fourth. The format details give collectors a clear distinction between editions while “Dusky” supplies the first available music. The full eleven-track record remains scheduled for February, rather than being available with the initial announcement.
