Research-based review overview. Original assessment: Neal Nachman / Full Access Reviews. No hands-on test or Soundwave score is claimed.
The Novation Launchkey Mini 37 MK4 appears in Full Access Reviews’ October 2026 music-gear coverage as a middle ground between very small controllers and full-size keyboard surfaces. Its 37 mini keys provide three octaves, while pads, encoders and creative MIDI functions target software production. The source draws attention to the exact model name: the Mini key format and MK4 generation should not be confused with other Launchkey versions. This is an overview of a research-based editorial assessment, not an independent hands-on review. The practical comparison is between extra note range, preferred key spacing and the recording software actually in use. The source links to Novation’s documentation for the supported functions.
