The final performances by Ozzy Osbourne and the original Black Sabbath lineup are coming to home audio and video. Mercury Studios has set December 11, 2026, for the soundtrack and concert film Back to the Beginning, following its October 28 cinema release.
The announcement covers 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, CD, vinyl and digital editions. The concert film includes Dolby Atmos, while selected physical packages combine the film with the soundtrack. A larger deluxe box, scheduled for April 2027, adds memorabilia and a bonus Blu-ray collecting 35 Sabbath and Osbourne songs performed by special guests.
The release documents the July 5, 2025, farewell at Villa Park in Birmingham, which reunited Osbourne with Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward. A performance of “Mr. Crowley” is available as an advance preview. Buyers should compare the individual configurations because the film, music and bonus material differ between editions.
