Zeds Dead released Northern Lights – 10 Year Edition on October 21, revisiting their 2016 debut album. Universal Music Canada offers a two-LP, 140-gram multicolor splatter pressing, with a separate 180-gram version through the duo’s store.
The original collection includes “Frontlines” with NGHTMRE and GG Magree, “Blame” with Diplo and Elliphant, “Stardust” with Twin Shadow, and “Too Young” with Rivers Cuomo and Pusha T. Those collaborations reflect the album’s movement across bass music, pop and hip-hop.
The anniversary also coincides with ten years of the duo’s Deadbeats label and the recent release of Return to the Return (of the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness). The new edition is a format-focused return to Northern Lights; collectors should compare the two vinyl variants and their respective weight and color specifications.
