Toosii released Platinum Heart 2 on October 23 through South Coast Music Group and Capitol Records. The thirteen-track album follows the foundation of his 2020 project Platinum Heart, which included “Love Cycle” and “Truth Be Told.”
The sequel includes “Highway Love,” opening track “Lil Terrio,” “Soul Ties” and advance single “Nights Prayed.” The official announcement emphasizes the emotional writing and melodic approach that connected the earlier project to his audience.
Toosii is also preparing the Platinum Nights tour, scheduled to begin November 17 at Houston’s House of Blues and end November 24 at Detroit’s Saint Andrew’s Hall. New Orleans, Philadelphia and Washington are among the announced stops. The new album therefore arrives shortly before a compact live run, with the complete recording available before the first show.
